NOTE: Please expect longer than normal shipping lead times during the busy holidays.

All items that are in-stock will ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within three to five business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items sent directly from our supplier may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Shipping times are subject to availability of product. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. Expedited Shipping:  If you require either 2-Day Shipping, Overnight or Saturday delivery for your order, please contact us directly at 254-826-7170 or by email at info@littlelottie.com. We can verify if the item or items are available for overnight or Saturday delivery as well as quote shipping charges for the order that apply.

In-Stock Items
To exchange or return an item purchased within the last 14 days. Mail to: Little Lottie, Attn: RETURNS, 115 E Pine St, West, TX 76691. Make sure to let us know if you want an exchange or return.  ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS A WEBSITE CREDIT AND SENT TO EMAIL PROVIDED ON THE ORDER.  Items must have tags attached, unwashed, unworn, odor and damage free.  Sale items are FINAL sales!  You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Holiday Returns
We realize that returns and exchanges may need more time during the holidays, so for in-stock items purchased from November 1st through December 25th, we have extended our return and exchange date to January 8th of the New Year.
